Once the Australian government gets the visa requests, it may ask a few candidates to have medical check up by an official Panel doctor and qualify criminal record checks.

Student Visa Rules

Individuals who are willing to pursue their studies in Australia have to get student visas. Prior to requesting for their visas, candidates have to obtain medical insurance by Overseas Student Health Cover and present the receiving with their visa requests form. Every student have to supply an evidence of admission from an Australian school, proof of English language proficiency, educational record and proof of enough money to stay in Australia.

Employee Visa Rules

Individuals lodging an application for Australian work visas have to initially forward a proof of their professional skill sets to an Australian reviewing panel for consent. While lodging the application for their visas, they have to give a proof of English language proficiency, professional education, job experience, and their age. If applicant has his relatives or has a predetermined job in Australia, it might provide them an upper hand in the approval of their visa request. When the Government of Australia asks them, they have to get punitive consent and go through a medical test for the visa sanction.
